The 2012 Global Employability Survey ranked Boston University 17th in the world and 7th among U.S. schools for the employability of its graduates. Published in the New York Times and the International Herald Tribune, the survey—conducted by Emerging, a French consulting firm, and Trendence, a German polling institute—ranked 150 universities worldwide based on the responses of 2,500 recruiters in 20 countries.

Students in the management programs have come from leading organizations, including: Boeing, General Electric, SAP, Oracle, Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Aetna Insurance, John Hancock, the United States Army, Dell Computer, Microsoft, and more.
